The Franklin C. Ash Summer Internship Program is a seven-week summer internship opportunity for undergraduate college students who are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of nonprofit work. Selected students work with local nonprofits to gain hands-on experience. They also participate in weekly cohort meetings throughout the program for professional development and service projects. Upon successfully completing the program, students receive $2,000.

Eligibility
- Program open to undergraduate college students who will be juniors or seniors in Fall 2026.
- Must plan on residing in Greater Philadelphia region during program.
- Possess a high level of leadership experience and an interest in exploring the nonprofit career field.
